In partnership with The Poppy Factory and Doctors In Distress, we are hosting a special event dedicated to supporting military veterans and medical workers by introducing them to bibliotherapy as a powerful tool for improving mental well-being. Through storytelling and the reading of carefully selected texts, bibliotherapy helps individuals process their experiences, find comfort, and foster resilience. This event will feature industry-specific guest speakers who will share insights on how literature can be used as a therapeutic resource, offering practical strategies for personal growth and emotional healing.
